Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a Booking is 30 days from the date on which you have booked.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Before 1 Month :100%  Refund 

Before 7 Days  :75% Refund

Before 3 Days :50% Refund

Incase of Govt Lockdown / Pandemic : a Voucher of same value redeemable in 365 days @ UbEx Home will be issued
